I
started collecting dolls in 1982 when I discovered my grandmother's love
for dolls. My favorite memory is one of "Bubbie" stroking the hair of her
dolls. We would sit for hours having parties with our dolls. Another favorite
memory is one when on New Year's morning. I would run to the Christmas tree,
searching the limbs for the doll I just knew would be found there, hiding
for a good girl to love. After my grandmother's death, mother gave her dolls
to me. Thus my collection started and continues on. |
